The AHEAD network is pleased to announce the online event Artists as bridge-builders: Participation and Cultural Heritage, taking place on September 29, 2025, from 14:30 to 16:00 CET.
Hosted by Melting Pro, this fourth and final appointment of the AHEAD Transnational Networking Events series will bring together diverse perspectives and experiences on one of the project’s key cooperation dimensions: the role of artists in fostering relationships between heritage, audiences, and cultural institutions.
Building on the experience of the artists directly involved in AHEAD and their contribution to the design of new heritage experiences, the event will broaden the conversation to include additional voices and practices. The focus will be on how artists can collaborate with institutions and communities to expand and innovate cultural participation.
